DESCRIPTION:FREE BIKE TRIALS ON RESERVATION – PROMOTIONAL DAYS \nDATE: 8 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 12 DECEMBER 2021 \nORGANIZER: MORES AUTODROMO \nPROMO RATES: Euro 100 for Drivers without a license – Euro 90 for Drivers in possession of a Training training license – Euro 80 for Drivers in possession of a competitive speed license \nPAYMENT METHOD: advance by bank transfer \nPROCEDURE: Subdivision of participants into shifts by type of membership \nRegulations: \nIn order to participate in the free practice day\, the following equipment for sporting use is mandatory: \n  \nFull-face helmet\, leather suit with protections\, single or in two pieces (provided that the jacket and trousers are joined by an internal zip)\, gloves\, boots and back protector;\nThe driver’s motor vehicle must be perfectly suitable for the test he intends to carry out\, for which the following precautions are mandatory\, without which entry to the track will be inhibited: Cover the glass surfaces (lights\, arrows\, etc.) and the license plate circulation with adhesive tape;\nEliminate the rear-view mirrors and\, where it is not possible\, use adhesive tape; Tie the caps and oil filter with wire or similar; Use crankcase covers in composite material (carbon); It is recommended to replace the coolant with water;\nIt is recommended to use the sponge inside the fuel tank;\nTires with at least 60% tread are recommended\, preferably those in compound; \n  \nCOVID 19 restrictions: \nList of participants / mechanics\, with particular attention to the names who\, in case of failure to communicate\, will not be able to access the structure;\nEach participant and / or mechanic must fill in (the participant also the discharge of responsibility) the COVID-19 self-declaration form relating to the last 14 days;\nBody temperature detection control at the entrance. (Solo per moto test). \nLE MOTO (escluso moto test)\, OBBLIGATORIO. 1) LEGATURA TAPPI E FILTRO OLIO CON FIL DI FERRO O EQUIVALENTE. 2) ACQUA NEL CIRCUITO DI RAFFREDDAMENTO E NON LIQUIDO. 3) COPERTURA O RIMOZIONE SUPERFICI VETRATE E TARGA. 4) COPRICARTER. 5) TUBI FRENI IN TRECCIA. \nCOSA DOVETE FARE APPENA ARRIVATI A MORES:\nUna volta prenotati e inseriti nella lista piloti (che sarà pubblicata) è obbligatorio presentarsi AL BOX SEGNALATO DAL CLUB per firmare la liberatoria della Ducati Holding. Il documento di garanzia danni dovrà essere compilato e firmato prima e sarà inviato agli iscritti appena ultimata la lista. Ricordatevi di presentarvi ALMENO 30 minuti prima al nostro box per segnalare la presenza e 15 minuti prima per il briefing e saldo quota. \nCHI SI PRESENTA IN RITARDO PERDE IL TURNO CHE PASSA AL PILOTA SUCCESSIVO\, tale turno potrà essere recuperato solo se i tempi e le disponibilità lo consentono\, questo per rispetto di tutti i partecipanti che si presentano puntuali secondo le regole. \nNotare bene: Il noleggio delle moto è stato considerato con buon margine per garantire a tutti di girare. In caso di incidenti però potranno esserci degli stop e slittamento dei tempi che non dipendono da noi. Per tale motivo confidiamo nella responsabilità di tutti coloro che parteciperanno al fine di evitare spiacevoli situazioni che possano compromettere il divertimento di chi girerà dopo. \nREGOLAMENTO GENERALE PROVE\, REQUISITI E COMPORTAMENTO IN PISTA:\nRequisiti del pilota\n1. Tutti i conduttori dovranno aver compiuto la maggiore età alla data delle prove.\n2. I conduttori devono essere in possesso di patente di guida senza limitazioni di cilindrata\n3. L’accesso alla pista è consentito ai soli PRENOTATI con quota di anticipo SALDATA ed è necessario essere in possesso della tessera soci per procedere alla prenotazione del turno in pista. Ogni partecipante avrà diritto alla prenotazione di uno o due turni di prove libere in pista con la DUCATI TEST.\n4. I conduttori di qualsiasi tipo di motoveicolo hanno l’obbligo di entrare in pista indossando:\n– casco omologato (solo integrale)\n– tuta in pelle (integrale o due pezzi purchè unita da cerniera)\n– guanti e stivali in pelle per utilizzo da pista.\n– Il paraschiena non è obbligatorio ma vivamente consigliabile \nComportamento in pista:\nE’ assolutamente vietato fermarsi sulla pista.\nE’ tassativamente vietato invertire la direzione di marcia\nIn caso di sosta forzata del motoveicolo in pista\, per qualsiasi motivo\, il conduttore è tenuto ad agevolare lo spostamento del motoveicolo il più lontano possibile dalle traiettorie coadiuvando i commissari di percorso o\, qualora sia impossibilitato\, a segnalare subito l’ostacolo.\nQualora un conduttore noti un ostacolo di qualsiasi natura o verifichi che le condizioni della pista non sono idonee alla prova che sta effettuando\, è tenuto ad avvertire immediatamente il più vicino addetto alla sicurezza e soccorso; qualora questi ultimi non ricevano nessuna segnalazione\, il conduttore tacitamente ne approva il perfetto stato.\nOgni conduttore è tenuto a rientrare ai box a velocità minima\, segnalando la manovra ai conduttori che lo seguono.\nOgni conduttore è tenuto ad osservare in pista un comportamento corretto\, leale e responsabile nei confronti degli altri conduttori.\nDurante le prove possono venire esposte le seguenti bandiere:\n– BANDIERA GIALLA: Pericolo\, rallentare\, divieto di sorpasso (incidente\, ostacolo\, pista sporca\, ecc…)\n– BANDIERA GIALLA/ROSSA: Pista scivolosa (Pioggia\, olio\, ecc…)\n– BANDIERA ROSSA: Prove sospese\, i conduttori devono andare piano e rientrare nei box.\n– BANDIERA A SCACCHI: Fine prova\, i conduttori terminano il giro rientrando nei box.\nL’organizzazione a suo insindacabile giudizio \, può fermare o sospendere le prove in corso. Le autorizzazioni per entrare in pista per effettuare la prova\, possono essere utilizzate esclusivamente da chi ne ha fatto richiesta e le ha ottenute\, e non sono cedibili a terzi\, senza l’autorizzazione dell’organizzatore\, assumendo fin d’ora tutte le responsabilità per qualsiasi sanzione amministrativa\, civile e penale\, conseguente alla inosservanza di questa norma. E’ severamente vietato effettuare\, in pista\, qualsiasi genere di acrobazia con il proprio motoveicolo\, tipo monoruota\, ecc…\, che possa creare pericolo per se stessi e per gli altri partecipanti alle prove. Ogni punto del presente regolamento deve essere assolutamente rispettato alla data di ogni giornata di prove libere che si intende effettuare.
