compile it and send it to fax number 079/706200 or use the form below.

The reservation, either via fax, phone or online is valid only upon receipt by fax at 079/706200 of the receipt of payment for the total number of shifts and/or days booked, no later than three working days after the reservation. The fourth day, booking automatically lapses. Reservation will not be valid for the Circuit Direction if there will be no fax attesting the payment. It is requested to specify into the fax the day and the name/s of the pilot/s, timetable of shifts and/or days of evidence booked and paid. If there will not be these specific informations, we will not accepted complaints.
